NSDC’s CSR Initiative: Mud to Mat

Mud to Mat Transition is NSDC's flagship CSR initiative that strengthens grassroots sports by bringing world-class training opportunities to rural India. The initiative bridges the gap between talent and opportunity by creating inclusive sporting environments, enhancing infrastructure, and nurturing young athletes to realise their potential. Launched in Malakpur, Baghpat (Uttar Pradesh) on 19 March 2026 by Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Hon'ble Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and Minister of State for Education, Government of India, it marks a significant step towards building a stronger grassroots sports ecosystem.
